Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. As a Stadium Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers. This position may require working during live events or after events have concluded.

 

Pay:  $17.75 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

 

Shift:  Hours and Days Worked will Depend on Events Scheduled

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize seating areas, concourses, restrooms, locker rooms, suites, and balconies. Remove trash and recyclables from bins and designated areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and pressure wash surfaces as needed. Restock restroom supplies and report any maintenance issues. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies before and after events.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in large crowds and loud environments. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and loud noise levels during events. Fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times between events.
