Vacancy: Material Planning Intern

Location: Gliwice, Poland

Duration: 6–12 months.

Availability: 20–30 hours per week.

The main objective of this role:

The Material Planning Intern will support the Material Planning team in ensuring the availability of raw materials required for production. This role involves assisting with day-to-day planning tasks, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to supply chain continuity through effective communication and coordination.

The role:

As a Material Planning Intern, you will help drive our goals by:

Assisting in monitoring material stock levels and delivery schedules.

Supporting the creation and tracking of raw material purchase orders.

Helping maintain accurate data in planning systems (e.g., SAP, Excel).

Communicating with suppliers and internal teams as needed.

Participating in follow-up activities related to deliveries and shortages.

Supporting documentation and updates during raw material transitions.

Contributing to the overall efficiency of the planning process.

Our Expectations:

Student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Basic understanding of production or material flows is a plus.

Comfortable using Excel; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment.

Proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
