**Medical Social Worker – Part-Time or Contingent | Saint Joseph VNA Home Care**

We’re looking for a **Medical Social Worker** who wants flexibility, purpose, and the chance to truly make a difference.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide high-quality, compassionate social services to patients in their homes
+ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure seamless care
+ Support patients and families through illness, recovery, and life transitions
**What You’ll Need**
+ Master’s Degree in Social Work (from an accredited program)
+ Licensed Social Worker (per Indiana state regulations)
+ 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (home care or hospice is a plus!)
+ A heart for service, strong communication skills, and a professional, caring attitude
+ Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
**Position Options**
+ **Part-Time:** Minimum 20 hours/week, includes benefits
+ **Contingent/As-Needed:** Flexible schedule, no benefits
