As our SSR & Marketing Lead for Pay By Invoice, you'll be entrusted with owning and driving the end-to-end GTM strategy for our flagship product. You'll lead a high-impact Product Marketing team while influencing key stakeholders across WW Product, Credit, and Marketing organizations. Key job responsibilities
- Define the Go-to-Market strategy for JP small and medium business and roadmap, and deliver initiatives to drive customer adoption of our flagship product Pay by Invoice.
- Work with partner teams such as WW Product, Credit and Marketing to influence their roadmap and priorities to deliver against the GTM strategy
- Be the advocate for our customers and lead team to set up VoC and research mechanism/program to enable us to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, drive engagement and increase GTM effectiveness.
- Ownership of key adoption metrics, inclusive of reporting, driving progress against goals and representing the business in regular business reviews and senior leadership forums
- Manage Product Marketing Mangers as a Marketing team lead to deliver results through team members. Build high performing team through professional development for each team member.
- Own payment product P&L for small and medium business and manage annual marketing budget for JP B2B payment business to maximize ROI.
