Job DescriptionEstablish and maintain risk analysis for defined customer scope; consider country risk; perform at least monthly reviews monitor high-risk exposures; recommend mitigation actions;
Define, implement, and update BA Credit Management guidelines; ensure compliance at all locations;
Provide guidance, training, and support to Local Credit Managers; coordinate knowledge sharing and best practices;
Approve credit limits above LCM thresholds; ensure proper documentation and workflow for escalated cases;
Act as escalation point for disputes, insolvencies, and exceptions; coordinate with BA Management and Group;
Consolidate and analyze BA-wide credit KPIs; report to BA Management and Group Sector Controlling;
Drive standardization and optimization of credit management processes and tools across the BA
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and data protection laws;
With BA Management, Group Sector Controlling, and external partners on credit-related matters;
Qualifications
In-depth understanding of credit risk management, BA-wide policy setting, and receivables optimization.
A strong understanding of finance fundamentals including background in manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP credit management modules and workflow tools.
Strong MS Office knowledge required, especially Excel and Powerpoint; Strong knowledge in PowerBI.
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately across different cultures.
Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure in an international environment and meet deadlines required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Possession of a problem solving drive.
University degree (Bachelor or above, with emphasis in Finance, Economics or Business Administration).
3–5 years in Credit Management / Controlling within manufacturing or B2B environments.
