Our client is seeking a Logistics/SSHE Coordinator to support a major oil and gas company in Carlsbad, NM, on an initial one-year contract with the possibility of extension. Number of openings: 3 70% field-based position (extensive travel between work sites: Carlsbad and Hobbs, NM)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee logistic crews across multiple sites Act as the local point of contact for vendors and drivers Support drivers with software/systems Facilitate safety team operations (OIMS/PMDS procedures) Handle forms, Zoom meetings, and basic computer tasks Be proactive, autonomous, and able to manage difficult conversations professionally

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience in logistics, field coordination, or customer service. Solid computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom Willingness to be on-call during nights and weekends. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
