Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG) is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the creation and expansion of Lenovo Services initiatives across all regions and segments worldwide!

You will be part of the Offerings Development Team and will work closely with Service Delivery, Procurement, Operations, Geography Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance teams. The primary mission is to support chartered projects and cross-functional, global project teams by helping plan, organize, and facilitate the execution of SSG Service Offerings and Solutions.

You will be reporting to our Sr. Project Manager for SSG GPS Product Operations, Transformation & PMO.

What You will do:

Coordinate and facilitate the execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with expectations and scope, deliverables, and timelineCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project executionAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updatesDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutesCreate and manage project deliverables, milestones and required tasks per the scheduleIdentify and escalate potential project risks and issues, working proactively to find resolution strategiesBuild and maintain positive working relationships within network, identify issues and opportunities

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Strong analytical skills: assess project needs, business issues, and future state recommendations.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels.Proven organizational, leadership, and time management abilities; able to prioritize under tight timelines.Proficient in MS applications, data analysis (charts, pivot tables, filters), and virtual collaboration tools.Skilled in setting agendas, facilitating meetings, and driving critical decisions.Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work independently across diverse, global, matrixed teams.
