What will be your key responsibilities?

Talent development - SRM team engagement. Functional and leadership capabilities development plan and guidance.​Responsible for optimal shelf pricing strategy. Pricing Council lead. 1 to 5 years pricing strategy process.Trade Terms, promo, PPA and mix strategy definition and alignment.Accountable for trade promo effectiveness improvement. Trade investments policy guidelines and tracking. Trade Promo Playbooks.Pet Nutrition Mexico SRM strategy aligned with Sr. global stakeholdersGenerates PPA strategy to fullfil pet parent and customers needs.Annual trade investment budgeting, 3-5 years healthy customer / product mix definition.Strategic Channel Management / Customer Segmentation definition, tracking and updateSRM digital tools definition, system implementation and budgeting.
