This position combines financial business process knowledge and financial application development and integration to help deliver complex Workday Financials integrations as part of a full suite rollout. In scope, Grants, Banking, Expenses, Settlements, and FDM. The ideal candidate will have experience specific to a strategic sourcing initiative and will bring a deep Workday Studio and Core Connectors experience. Any Workday HCM experience will be a plus for follow on work.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of financial management and application experience
* 5+ years of Workday experience with a focus on integrations
* Must be certified in Workday Integrations and Workday Studio
* Hands-on experience across Financials modules including Accounting, Banking, Grants, Billing, and Settlements
* Proven track record in full-cycle Workday Financials implementations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Client-facing delivery experience required
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, build, and delivery of Workday integrations for Financials
* Act as the primary integration contact for client-side teams
* Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and related tools
* Ensure smooth data mapping, validation, and transformation between systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and ongoing enhancements
