Job Description

Is responsible of the warehouse administration and/or provide support to production, keep in good conditions all the material, provide support and training to team leaders and materials handles, keep the production lines running. Is also responsible to develop work instructions and improve warehouse processes to meet company goals. Is responsible to train other warehouse supervisors according to Bosch standards. It should be capable of lead warehouse team if Materials Coordinator is out for any reason.

Responsible for executing and ensure the standards that contribute to the performance of the warehouse (SQCD).Ensure the flow and distribution of material for production.

Monitor the movement of material, physical materials and systems (SAP).

Responsible of hire, develop, motivate and evaluate direct WH personal.Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.Manage logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and wastesOrganize the training needs of teamsPerforms activities related to safetyCoordinate efficient communication between all the Teams as per as shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory and internal material handling teams.Supervise production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor’s activities
