Collins Aerospace, one of the world’s largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Value Stream Management.

This individual will serve as a Sr. Value Stream Manager for emerging programs and other Autonomy programs within the Proprietary Programs Autonomy Solutions portfolio in the Mission Systems strategic business unit.

This Onsite position can be located in Fort Wayne, IN, McKinney, TX, Cedar Rapids, IA or El Segundo, CA.

What You Will Do:

Program Manager of one or more advanced Autonomy ProgramsLead future autonomy captures and programs for growthSuccessfully execute contracted autonomy programsDevelop strategy and Long Range Plan for assigned autonomy related programsCoordinate across other autonomy programs and opportunities to cultivate cross business unit pursuit opportunities

Qualifications You Must Have:

Must have 5-10 years of professional experience as a successful Program ManagerExperience managing advanced technology development programsExperience managing challenging customers and evolving customer requirementsPre-proposal shaping, proposal development and capture management for advanced development and integration opportunitiesExperience leading and generating cost volumes for proposals and change packagesExperience with advanced program IT systems and data transfersExperience with program financial analysis tools and ETC methodologiesManage the coordination and communication across RTX with government, prime and subcontractors for program content under the direction of an executive leaderActive and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceTypically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experienceCandidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
