Description Overview: A well-established venture capital firm is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant & Valuations professional to join its finance team. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field + CPA preferred but not required + 3+ years of experience in public accounting (VC/PE clients) or in-house at a venture capital or private equity firm + Strong knowledge of ASC 946 and ASC 820 + Hands-on experience with fund accounting, audits, and financial reporting + Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with systems like Investran, Intacct, or QuickBooks is a plus + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excited about this role?
