Job Description A retail fortune 500 client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr./Staff UX Research to join their team. This person will be working on a project that is in the enterprise store planning space. This team is having slow adoption for Jira Align and they need a strong researcher to come in and uncover why. This person needs to have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This person will be primarily focusing research activities such as usability testing, surveys, interviews, etc. however they are expected to have design knowledge as well. Experience working with dashboards Is preferred. Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements • 5-10 years of UX Research experience o Conducting interviews, creating surveys, usability testing, etc. • Strong research experience • Self-starter/someone who is proactive • Retail environment • Experience working with Jira
