Sr. UX designer, Japan Consumer Innovation
We seek a strategic UX designer to transform complex business solutions into elegant experiences that enable users to achieve their objectives.

As part of Japan Consumer Innovation, you will craft intuitive interfaces that strengthen businesses while adhering to Amazon's design principles. Working at the intersection of strategy and customer needs, you will partner with Product Managers, Technical teams, Scientists, and Business teams to deliver solutions that enhance differentiation and operational excellence. Your role involves framing challenges, developing concepts, creating user interfaces, and building mechanisms that accelerate success through innovative offerings. The ideal candidate combines deep UX expertise with strong understanding of enterprise requirements, able to translate complex needs into simple, scalable solutions that increase adoption of Amazon's services.

Key job responsibilities
Work closely with Product Managers and Business teams to leverage user research data for identifying obstacles and opportunities while delivering informed UX recommendations.

Create innovative and intuitive solutions, such as user interfaces and service operations, that align with Amazon's design language, research findings, and business requirements to inform strategic decisions.

Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, evaluate capacity, and commit to timelines while ensuring quality delivery of UX solutions.

Build strong collaborative relationships through active participation in planning and validation of design requirements.

Represent UX initiatives across organizations while actively sharing knowledge and incorporating best practices from other Amazon design teams.
