The Logitech MX Design Team is searching for a Senior UX Designer to play a pivotal role in designing seamless, innovative experiences for our industry-leading premium product lineup.
As part of our MX team (that champions products like the MX Master Mouse and MX Keys and MX Creative Console), you’ll collaborate closely with the MX designers, business group and engineers to design award-winning products and experiences that people love. This role will report to MX Head of design, which belongs to our Creative & Design organization.

Conceptualize and craft intuitive experiences that connect our advanced hardware with companion software.
Seamlessly integrate physical and digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive and delightful user workflows.

Be keenly aware of the industry landscape, including user, market, and technology research, to ground actual needs and opportunities solutions.
Integrate and speak to target audiences while advocating for them in all points of the product design process to ensure all product experiences meet precise user needs and expectations.
Drive iterative design processes and activities to ensure world-class outcomes happen quickly.
Partner with Industrial Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to unify hardware and software design priorities.
Contribute to the evolution of Logitech's design systems that ensure consistency across our hardware/software ecosystem.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Strong portfolio showcasing design solutions that effectively integrate software and hardware
Passionate design thinker and craftsperson
Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques in a multidisciplinary design environment
Understand the latest development tools, technologies, and processes and best use them depending on project needs.
Proficient skills in concept generation, visualization, and rapid prototyping
Highly driven and a proactive self-starter - taking on a task without much context and driving it through excellent communication skills sharing your design thinking, presenting to all levels of co-workers throughout all design stages
