Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong coding and analytical skills to lead the modernization of our global Treasury operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of corporate finance and technology, partnering with the Assistant Treasurer and global finance teams to optimize cash flow, liquidity, and forecasting through strategic insights and smart automation. You will leverage automation and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Key areas of focus include:
Advancing our standardization and automation efforts across all Treasury activities with heavy emphasis on forecasting and reportingIdentify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work, enhance data quality and accelerate reporting cyclesCash forecasting and planningGlobal cash and liquidity managementCoordinate and drive quarterly cash collections across the organizationSarbanes Oxley and process controlsCandidates will need to be effective communicators and comfortable influencing outcomes across functional areas in a matrixed organization with exposure and opportunities to build relationships with senior leadersThe position will be full-time in-office and located in Dallas, Texas.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in finance, accounting, mathematics, information systems, data science or related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or a related finance role, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationProficiency in the use of Python and/or SQL for practical financial data analysis, automation, and reporting (e.g., using pandas, NumPy, or SQL Server to streamline financial processes)Experience with data modeling and automation of financial processesStrong knowledge of financial and accounting principles with the ability to interpret financial statementsAdvanced Excel skills and hands-on BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Strong communication skills (both interpersonal and written) and the ability to translate insights for non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficient with MS Word and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:
