This role involves coordinating project priorities, managing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Project, Excel, Visio, and Teams. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment. **Responsibilities:** + AssistTransitionManager in performing project management activities. + Be able to run a small project + Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project + Coordinate,scheduleandfacilitateclient and internal meetings and weekly status reportingand other teammeetings + Following established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation + Drive a focus onconsistentcommunicationand project standardsinternally within the project team and externally withcustomer + Act as a point of contact for all project administrative tasks for the assigned project + UtilizeMS tools includingteams,projectandspreadsheets to track budgets,schedules, and other information. + Setup and manage processes forcontractmanagement,financial management, scope management and other elements of the projectmanagementprocesses + Oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time. + Create and manage project deliverables, milestones andrequiredtasks per theschedule + Coordination of and response to requests for changes from the original specifications + Building andmaintainingpositive working relationship with vendors and external/internal customers . **Required** **Skills/Knowledge:** + Strong Project Management skills; expert in organizing,planningand managing large-scaleprojects + Ability to analyze project needs anddetermineresources needed to meetobjectives + Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, time management skills + Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executivelevel + Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-pacedenvironment + Builds a strong internal and external network of personal relationships toidentifyissues and opportunities. + Demonstrated experience in analyzing a business issue and developing a future staterecommendation + Highly developed skills in using MSapplicationsincluding: + Project + Visio + Understand and Create Process Flows (Swim lanes, flowcharts) + Understand and Create Technical Diagrams + Excel/Sharepoint/Teams + Import fromdifferent sourcesofdata + Data Analysis using charts, pivot tables,filtersandrules + Knowledge of basic to advanced Excel functions + Ability to set agendas andfacilitatemeetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions + Strong negotiation ability and attention to detail + Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills + Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.  + Highly organized anddetail-oriented.  + Ability to work independently with littlesupervision + Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reportinglines + Ability to travel up to 50% (no travel during COVID) + 10+years of information technology and business experience + ABachelor'sdegree inIT,Business Administration,Engineeringor related discipline with an information technology focus + External project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification ispreferred + ITIL Foundation Certified is a Plus   At Lenovowe'reproud to be an equal opportunity employer.
