Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 15 years of training experience Onsite presence required 3 days a weekResponsibilities:
Lead trainer ensuring consistent, high-quality training development and implementation Participate in analysis, design, development, and facilitation of training efforts using best practices Focus on programs to enhance individual and departmental performance Develop and implement organizational development services Coordinate professional development programming; evaluate and report on program effectiveness Conduct research for course development; prepare appropriate training materials Prepare instructor materials (course outline, background material, training aids) and student materials (manuals, workbooks, handouts) Train personnel through classroom courses, workshops, seminars; provide guidance and support to junior staffPay Details: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour
