You support the application support team with analyzing infrastructure, performance or stability issues
You bring in your good trouble shooting expertise to identify and resolve complex technical issues in our customer environments
You collaborate with our product development team to bring feedback and improvement suggestions from the field to the product backlog to increase efficiency and performance of the applications
You are familiar with the technical requirements of our systems and can provide support in cooperation with our technical consultants.
University degree in e.g. computer science/engineering/software development or proven experience in the area of IT infrastructure/ software deployment
Strong service orientation and good communication behavior
Good English language skills (verbal and written)
Profound knowledge in current infrastructure technology (Container, Kubernetes, Cloud, Virtualization) Profound Windows and Linux know how
Very good trouble shooting skills
First contact with a regulated industry (e.g. Pharma / Medical Devices / Banking) is a benefit you are familiar with
