Skills and Requirements - Global recruiting experience with exposure to multiple regions and time zones. - Strong understanding of international compensation structures. - Startup experience-comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in ambiguity. - 4 + years in full life-cycle recruiting for technical roles. -Space industry experience is a major plus. -Familiarity with Lever ATS is highly preferred.
