\nStrategic Talent Acquisition

\n\n\n\tDesign and execute recruiting strategies for cleared and contract roles\n\tPartner with hiring managers to forecast and meet workforce needs\n\tEnsure compliance with OFCCP, FAR, EEO, and other federal regulations\n\tStrengthen our employer brand through innovative sourcing and recruiting campaigns\n\nOperational Excellence\n\n\n\tLead full cycle recruiting for technical, cleared, and corporate roles\n\tDrive proposal recruiting and contract ramp-ups in partnership with business development\n\tLeverage ATS tools and analytics to improve performance and reporting\n\tBuild external partnerships with agencies, universities, and Veterans' organizations\n\tIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness\n\nThis position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic government contracting environment.\n\n \n
\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\n\t8 or more years of end-to-end recruiting experience in federal or GovCon environments\n\tIn-depth knowledge of OFCCP, FAR, and EEO hiring regulations\n\tExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills\n\tStrong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\tActive Secret or Top-Secret clearance\n\tExperience leading recruiting strategy or managing TA teams\n\tFamiliarity with high-volume hiring, workforce transitions, or proposal-based staffing\n\tSHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification\n\tDemonstrated success in optimizing recruiting tools and platforms\n\nWhy Join ARServices?
