Amazon’s WW Promotions team drives time-bound discounts on high-quality products to reinforce our price leadership and empower Selling Partners (SPs) with incremental demand, inventory clearance, and traffic growth. As the central stewards of promotions data, our Data & Analytics team delivers trusted, governed datasets that power product development, machine learning models, and business analytics across Amazon.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that enable the sourcing, execution, and optimization of promotions at scale. You will collaborate with engineering, machine learning, data governance, and business teams to design, launch, and iterate on programs that transform raw promotional data into actionable insights, driving millions in incremental revenue for Amazon and SPs.

- Own the development and delivery of key programs across Data and BI engineering teams
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the different workstreams
- Own communication for technical delivery across these projects with senior leadership and partner organizations
- Support sprint planning and reporting for our engineering teams, and support annual roadmapping cycles
- Identify and develop automated, self-serve mechanisms to scale currently manual processes where relevant, and work with internal stakeholders to drive adoption
- Support the team in developing metrics, measuring their impact, and identifying ways to improve against them
- Thrive in working with key stakeholders across the Globe to define strategy and requirements, and to align on a path forward when there are complex tradeoffs
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control
- Make technical concepts intuitive for non-technical audiences, especially in regards to infrastructure constraints
