Role Summary As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be a key leader within the ET Vehicle and Fleet Applications team. This role is essential for driving software programs that are critical to the RV Tech application framework for both internal and external fleet customers, internal, external, and B2B partners. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance fleet optimizations across the EV landscape, and play a pivotal role in providing a revenue stream for RV Tech and partner OEMs. Responsibilities End-to-End Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of software programs, from initial planning and development to deployment and optimization. Manage scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of the program. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product teams, manufacturing engineers, SAP, and other stakeholders to drive IT initiatives and ensure alignment across all functions. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment to achieve project milestones and deliver value. Integration and Deployment: Lead the deployment of Fleet software solutions, ensuring smooth integrations with existing systems and minimal disruption to operations. Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies, minimizing operational friction and enhancing productivity. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with software programs. Implement strategies to manage risks and ensure project alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, team members, and third-party vendors. Communicate program status, progress, and performance effectively to ensure alignment and transparency. Reporting and Documentation: Establish a regular reporting cadence to track program progress, identify risks, and document key developments. Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience on a program team or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Strong understanding of software, development lifecycle, from design to production. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience in product release, automotive quality processes, and automotive OTA systems. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software system principles. Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and create new collaboration frameworks. Experience with Atlassian/Jira is a plus. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Palo Alto, California Based Applicants: $132,100 - $165,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
