Skills and Requirements 5+ years of relevant program management experience Professional experience as a Program Manager where key stakeholder is an internal client Experience facilitating on time, on budget, and to spec delivery of technology solutions in an agile/fast-paced environment Experience identifying, tracking, and monitoring cross-dependencies between multiple product streams Aptitude for identifying and articulating new client needs to the product and technology teams Inquisitive and analytically minded person who can articulate complex issues in a clear, concise manner Crisp Communication Experience maintaining regular contact with internal client and product/development teams in order to coordinate and report on program progress comfortable chasing team members on an as-needed basis Flexible, confident individual who has the ability to influence people, cultivate a collaborative and innovative problem-solving environment, challenge the status quo as needed, and effectively mediate and resolve conflicts Experience handling large amounts of data for complex analytical models Fintech experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
