The IT Project Management team is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing IT programs to meet organizational goals. Ensures that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. Partners with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria.This role in summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of data products with a specialized focus on supply chain and marketing domains. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, product leadership, and domain expertise to bridge the gap between complex data solutions and critical business needs.
You will be accountable for driving product strategy, design, development, and adoption of advanced data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-driven capabilities that improve operational efficiency, enable customer-centric marketing, and optimize supply chain performance.
Your responsibilities will include
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defining vision and roadmaps for data products, partnering with stakeholders to translate business opportunities into product requirements, and leveraging AI/ML for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, customer segmentation, and marketing performance.Data Product Development & Management: Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data products (platforms, pipelines, warehouses, analytics tools, ML models), collaborating with data engineers and scientists, ensuring data quality, and monitoring product performance.Data Quality & Governance: Establishing data quality frameworks, collaborating on data security and stewardship, and remediating data quality issues.Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, advocating for data product value, and aligning priorities with IT and business leaders.Hands-on Technical Acumen: Possessing deep understanding of data pipelines, algorithms, system architecture, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, ETL/ELT, database design, data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Operational & Vendor Management: Managing product budgets, vendor relationships, overseeing product operations, and driving adoption of agile methodologies.Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.5+ years in product management, including 3+ in senior technical product roles focused on data products.Strong domain expertise in supply chain (inventory, logistics, forecasting) and marketing (segmentation, digital campaigns, churn, customer analytics).Proven track record in developing and executing product roadmaps.Hands-on technical experience in data engineering, analytics, and large-scale data systems.Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business impact.Strong background in agile methodologies and product delivery.Preferred skills and experiences
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP) are highly desirable.Experience with enterprise data strategy, customer data platforms (CDP), or marketing automation tools.Strong business acumen with proven ability to align technology with financial and operational goals.Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.What we offer
