Title: Sr. Technical Lead – CPQ

Key Accountabilities: 

Lead and govern Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standardsCollaborate with solution providers to support and enhance CPQ solutions across multiple countriesPartner with the business product owner to prioritize and manage potential backlogDeliver and maintain scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions by working with partnersIdentify and implement functional improvements and continuous enhancements by working with partnersProvide final authorization for transport requests to QA and production systemsReview and approve technical change documents, Blueprint Solution Documents (BSD), and system documentationFacilitate process standardization from a technical perspectiveEscalate missing inputs, resource constraints, or timeline risks to Project ManagementActively contributes to development work for the first 6 months (e.g., working on user stories, writing and reviewing code) to ensure solution quality and vendor accountabilityLead and delegate tasks effectively within a team environment, ensuring timely deliveryActively leverage RRPS-provided GenAI solutions to improve productivity and solution quality dailyPromote a safety and compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of ConductPerform special assignments as required

Basic Requirements: 

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, and 5 years functional support experience with CPQ solutions; or 9 years of CPQ functional support experience.Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, when necessaryTravel – domestic and international (20% short notice)

Preferred Qualifications:

Subject-Matter Expert with CPQ solutions and hands-on participation in various phases of implementation.Excellent knowledge and DevOps experience in a Microsoft on-premises and Azure EnvironmentExcellent organizational, planning, and follow up skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation skillsGood knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and system ownership responsibilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and with othersExperience configuring Cincom CPQExperience in integration with Enterprise PLM and ERP SolutionsBackground in manufacturing or power generation environments
