Skills and Requirements Minimum of 6 years building custom software solutions using at least two modern, object-oriented programming and/or scripting languages (Python preferred). Strong ownership mentality with a drive to improve systems and resolve incidents quickly. Proficient in data analysis and generating actionable insights from system metrics. Experience with native Android development in Kotlin; familiarity with Jetpack, Compose, etc. Understanding of the Android ecosystem, build pipelines, app distribution, and MDM. Proficient in GIT version control including branches, code reviews, and tagging.
