Description Amazon is seeking a talented Senior Tax Analyst to join its Worldwide Tax Reporting team. The Amazon tax department is a fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic environment. This position will contribute to Amazon’s worldwide income tax accounting process for interim and annual reporting periods. Key job responsibilities - Develop comprehensive global tax calculations with meticulous attention to detail and supporting documentation. - Create insightful analytics for external auditors and senior finance leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement advanced technological solutions. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reporting packages analyzing global tax provision results for executive leadership and key stakeholders. - Prepare detailed tax disclosures for financial reports, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards. - Design and maintain sophisticated forecasting models for tax expenses and cash flow. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
