About the Role:

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in building our foundational workforce. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-volume recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard top-tier blue-collar talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven professional with deep knowledge of the local labor market and a proven track record in mass recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all blue-collar positions (e.g., production operators, technicians, warehouse staff, quality inspectors) from sourcing and screening to offering and onboarding.

Strategy Development: Support to design and implement effective, innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline, leveraging local channels, job fairs, government programs (e.g., Saudi Human Resources Development Fund - HRDF), and partnerships with technical institutes.

Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Production Supervisors to understand manpower planning needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient candidate journey, upholding Lenovo's employer brand throughout the process.

Compliance & Administration: Guarantee all hiring practices fully comply with Saudi Arabian labor laws (Saudization - Nitaqat regulations) and internal company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of trends, challenges, and best practices in the local manufacturing labor market to advise stakeholders and refine recruitment strategies.

Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HRBP and onboarding team to facilitate the seamless integration of new hires.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a significant focus on high-volume blue-collar recruitment in Saudi Arabia.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat) policies, and the Iqama system.

Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. Chinese is a plus.

Demonstrated success in utilizing various sourcing channels, including local job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and community-based hiring events.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
