What You'll Do We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. If you’re passionate about shaping leadership hiring and supporting the HR community, this role offers a high-impact opportunity to influence business outcomes and mentor others across the Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you’ll drive senior-level hiring (Assistant Director through AVP) across the organization. You’ll partner closely with executives and HR leaders to understand priorities, design sourcing strategies, and deliver inclusive, high-caliber leadership talent. From building pipelines to facilitating senior-level interviews, you’ll own the full life cycle hiring process with an emphasis on candidate quality, exceptional experience, and consultative impact. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights, hiring strategies, and consultative guidance. Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level leadership roles, ensuring alignment to business priorities and organizational culture. Partner with HR leaders to support their hiring needs, from strategy through execution. Build and maintain strong pipelines of leadership talent through proactive sourcing and relationship building. Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. Mentor and coach other recruiters across the TA function, raising the bar for recruiting practices and consulting capabilities. Who We’re Looking For A consultative, relationship-driven recruiter with proven experience influencing executives and senior leadership. Skilled at navigating complex hiring processes, diagnosing talent needs and designing creative solutions with a structured interview approach. Comfortable managing ambiguity while driving results with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach. Passionate about leadership hiring and mentorship of others on the team. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of recruiting or related experience, with at least 4+ years focused on senior-level hiring. Demonstrated success in designing and executing recruiting strategies that result in hiring of strong talent. Expertise in sourcing, selection, interviewing, and navigating complex compensation packages. Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional peers. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $106400 - $144400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Location(s) Our global headquarters in Des Moines, IA. Working a hybrid schedule (three days in office) in Des Moines is highly preferred, but open to remote talent as well.
