**_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._** **_Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future._** **Responsibilities:** + Own, manage and monitor systems management environments to ensure optimal health, performance and availability. + Manage the evaluation and implementation of new products and technologies which typically cover a broad variety of enterprise-class infrastructure disciplines. + Proactively plans capacity of platforms and applications. + Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues related to systems management infrastructure, escalating when necessary. + Implement updates and patches to maintain system security and compliance with organizational standards. + Proactively identify and resolve systemic issues. + Maintain SOPs and technical documentation. + Communicate changes to operations and support teams. + Prioritize Keeping the Lights On (KTLO), executing projects, and individual tasks. + Collaborate on project deliverables with team leads. + Act as a technical resource for operations, audits, and peers. + Deliver and maintain systems and documentation including testing and validation procedures. + Mentor and train support teams on technical tasks. **Skills:** + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tanium, Microsoft InTune and/or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. + Advanced scripting language using PowerShell, HTTP and Python. + Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). + Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly. + Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
