As a **Sr. System Executive** , you will make an impact by giving support. You will be a valued member of the team and work closely with the Retail team. **In this role, you will:** + Must be able to independently research issues, think outside of wiki & efficiently use available tools for troubleshooting + NAMER hire should be open for shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am-10pm US Central Time) + APAC hire should be open for shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am-10pm Indian Standard Time + Should be able to: + Reproduce the bug reported by end user + Use internal tools to gather additional information such as exception messages + Troubleshoot the issue with the additional information + Document the findings in the ticket in a structured manner + Review knowledge articles, old tasks with similar errors, review workplace posts to seek potential solutions + Resolve if a solution is found + Escalate to corresponding on-call based on the issue + Provide general triage support for a wide variety of technical issues and bug reports + Act as the primary liaisons and first responders for bug reports. **Work model:** At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
