Sr. System Executive (ONSITE)

As a **Sr. System Executive** , you will make an impact by giving support. You will be a valued member of the team and work closely with the Retail team.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Must be able to independently research issues, think outside of wiki & efficiently use available tools for troubleshooting
+ NAMER hire should be open for shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am-10pm US Central Time)
+ APAC hire should be open for shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am-10pm Indian Standard Time
+ Should be able to:
+ Reproduce the bug reported by end user
+ Use internal tools to gather additional information such as exception messages
+ Troubleshoot the issue with the additional information
+ Document the findings in the ticket in a structured manner
+ Review knowledge articles, old tasks with similar errors, review workplace posts to seek potential solutions
+ Resolve if a solution is found
+ Escalate to corresponding on-call based on the issue
+ Provide general triage support for a wide variety of technical issues and bug reports
+ Act as the primary liaisons and first responders for bug reports.

**What you need to have to be considered**
+ Should be able to manually correlate bug reports and merge similar bugs into one parent ticket
+ Should have prior experience or understanding of running SQL queries and analyzing SQL query output
+ Based on SQL query outputs, able to isolate the issue, then determine the priority of the issue and decide on next steps
+ Must be able to understand access issues, compare two users to find out missing access and grant access
+ Must be familiar and comfortable with chats (written communication to be strong)

**Salary and Other Compensation:**
Applications will be accepted until October 6th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 37,800 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
