Key job responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and customer satisfaction
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
- Work with internal Amazon teams like TESS to ensure correct configurations for new sites and lanes
- Troubleshoot TESS configuration issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical blockers
- Coordinate with ATROPs on system integration, data validation, and process improvements
- Partner with product teams to identify requirements and implement technical solutions
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact
- Coordinate with stakeholders like Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, and Product
- Other duties as assigned

We serve as a ‘steward of the pharmacy network,’ working to ensure all decisions on transportation capacity and carriers are in the best interest of customers and Amazon as a whole while ensuring compliance and safety are foremost in all our transportation decisions. TAPE's responsibilities fall broadly into categories of: Network Planning & Integration, Delivery Performance Management, Compliance, Execution and Analytics.
