What you’ll be able to do:

Create and improve battery models for aging and performance  Run sensitivity analyses to understand the design space and tradeoffs Assess cell manufacturing roadmaps from suppliers and future cells for improved performance and cost  Correlation and model improvements with on-road battery usage data Lead and contribute to design reviews, test plans, and requirements reviews to further optimize cell efficiency and performance  Enable effective communications with subsystems and other engineering teams to deliver optimal design solutions Support presentations of concepts and status to senior management and internally to Company personnel in an integration and subject matter expert role
