Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Provide the Order Fulfillment for the adidas Group’s Distribution Centers. Accountable for continuous process improvements for Order Fulfillment topics and deliver on time availability by coordinating/matching supply and demand within the supply chain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Responsibility for Confirmation Process and allocation of sales orders in correct and agreed sequence and delivery note creation. Follow up all decisions and activities for this process. Weekly monitoring and reporting (mainly check of still open orders) to Management team including proposals and recommendations for the flow of goods

 

“Process owner” for OB Overdue and OB Cleansing. Is responsible for monitoring that the pre-sale load from all channels is correctly reflected in the orderbook in terms of feasibility, using RID checks and RDD guidance. 

 

Point of contact for all questions from customer service

 

Closely collaborate with inbound team member to understand processes – especially for backup of Inbound Planning

 

Support and contribute with all cross functional multi-branded departments and all Markets Region in regards of all order book activities

 

Analyze order book fill rate and collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI / delivery targets. OTA | COTAi | COTA.
