Sr. Specialist Global Product Supply - Buy

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Optimize & execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning, and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves the availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation), and respects market SLAs. Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand. Work across functions to solve planning, purchasing, and allocation related issues, identify risks and opportunities, and mitigate potential delays. 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

Support availability, risk mitigating actions via PO management. 

 

Place and manage POs in alignment with the supply plan, ensuring compliance with market Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsible for communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place Ensure timely and accurate conversion of Sales Orders (SOs) for dedicated supply flows. Monitor and troubleshoot conversion failures, ensuring alignment with system logic and business rules. Process ownership; responsible for documentation, testing, and enhancement of a specific business process. Support implementation of projects within the area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a systematic approach to solving complex problems. Service-Minded set Attitude: Demonstrates a service-oriented and consumer/customer mindset with focus on supporting team and stakeholders’ needs. Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly skilled in conveying complex information clearly and effectively across various platforms. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills) and SAP (AFS, S4, SNP). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Language Skills: Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus. Team Collaboration: A committed team player who works well with others to achieve common goals.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

 
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, and information systems. Master's degree is a plus 
•    5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries
