Sr. Specialist Customer Fulfillment (Temporary)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Responsible for managing the partnership between SCM and Wholesale. It becomes the key SCM interface for business, coordinating the complete process from sales order entry to on time delivery of all products to wholesale customers whilst ensuring a dependable, sufficient, and competitive advantage in supply chain management.

 

Moreover, the position carries the responsibility of supporting supply chain initiatives that yield mutual benefits, such as revenue generation and cost reduction, for both the adidas Group and its customers. By collaborating across functions, the role addresses On Time In Full (OTIF) challenges, identifies risks and opportunities, and assists in implementing mitigating actions while upholding to service level agreements (SLAs)

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead collaboration efforts with Account and Sales Operations, Sales teams and SCM to understand priorities and addressing issues, risks & opportunities Drive process standardization solutions across teams Support order book conversion by evaluating speed and availability drivers and ensuring maximum stock allocation and guaranteeing on-time delivery for wholesale customers Investigate and rectify gaps between actual delivery performance and targeted performance, optimizing productivity levels and driving order book conversion Ensure flawless order book execution, prompt issue resolution, and maintaining product availability integrity, while delivering transparency to relevant stakeholders Take ownership of providing transparent customer and zone-centric KPIs and deliver actionable business insights to stakeholders Ensure service excellence across all interfaces to facilitate smooth, focused, and strategic launch processing Drive visibility of order book status and propose corrective actions proactively Execute on all sales order book related queries routed through the centralized mailbox, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales/Account, Sales Operations, and Distribution Centers Monitor outbound order book activities, identify potential delays in delivery note creation/transfer, and implement appropriate actions to mitigate risks Ensure availability and on time order book conversion related to seasonal peak management activities Guarantee order book compliance with established business rules and policies Work in close cooperation with Account & Sales Operations and Sales teams, offering specialized process expertise and collaborating with global partners to deliver optimal solutions Develop strong relationships with wholesale Account & Sales Operations, Sales and Order Fulfillment teams and support them with specific requirements, collaborating with global partners to provide optimal solutions Participate in workshops/trainings for system upgrades and support regression testing, including key user responsibilities for SAP/ Power BI testing and system functionalities Support the Teamlead Customer Fulfillment in coordinating special handling for new requests Day to day interaction with stakeholder base Service delivery by agreed SLAs Take charge of creating and distributing as well as standardizing operational reports to relevant stakeholders Utilize Power BI to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, perform minor report modifications, and ensure data accuracy and relevance Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends, identify insights, and support data-driven decision-making across customer fulfillment processes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

Strong service-oriented mindset and a focus on meeting consumer/customer needs in the supply chain context Team player Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges in supply chain operations Understanding of cost considerations and their impact on sales generation within the supply chain process Autonomous and independent working style Ability to contribute to a team environment where performance is measured Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities Comfort with learning and utilizing internal systems and software applications specific to supply chain management Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate level of familiarity with SAP-AFS (SD module) Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous in a global supply chain environment Knowledge of PowerBI- understanding of data modeling, visualization techniques, and report design principles

 

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

 

Successful completion of mandatory education level or vocational studies. Bachelor's degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in providing supply chain management support in the field of operations, fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
