Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Sr. Specialist in AI Security to support our efforts in safeguarding our AI systems and infrastructure. As AI becomes increasingly integral to our business operations, ensuring the security and integrity of these systems is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, AI technologies, and risk management strategies to assist in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust security measures. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to AI security within a fast-paced, innovative environment, working at the intersection of technology and security.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Support the development and implementation of security strategies for AI systems and dataAssist in the design, deployment, and management of AI security protocols and safeguardsWork closely with AI development teams to incorporate security best practices throughout the AI lifecycleConduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing focused on AIWork with SOC and Incident Response teams in how they are able to detect and respond to potential security breaches or anomaliesStay informed about emerging threats, trends, and advancements in AI security and cybersecurityHelp establish policies and procedures for secure AI model training, deployment, and maintenanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a security-first mindset and compliance with regulations

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Security, particularly in AI environmentsSolid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and deploymentsFamiliarity with threat modeling, encryption, authentication, and access controls in AI environmentsExperience with security tools, cloud security, and incident responseStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

 

Experience with AI-specific vulnerabilities and adversarial attacksUnderstanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI securityHands-on experience with secure software development and DevSecOps practices
