We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst to oversee compensation and benefits activities for a cluster of EMEA countries. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our compensation and benefits programs, while also supporting HR shared services and GBS teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage day-to-day operations of compensation and benefit programs, ensuring they are implemented accurately and efficiently.Analyze market data to maintain competitive pay practices and make informed total rewards decisions.Evaluate roles to determine appropriate leveling and compensation structures ensuring global alignment with our global job architecture.Ensure all insurance plans and benefit programs are effectively communicated and administered.Provide support to Leaders, HR, and Total Rewards Business Partners on compensation-related inquiries and issues aligned to service level agreements.Approve transactions within the Workday and process inquiries through the company’s ticketing system.Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation and benefit issues that cannot be resolved via Tier 1 support.Apply relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure all compensation and benefit practices are compliant.Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local regulations and company policies.Participate in audits and ensure accurate record keeping.Oversee the payment process to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs.Run and analyze Workday total rewards data in auditing for any discrepancies and look for opportunities to minimize deficiencies.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation operations.Assist with training initiatives by creating presentations and delivering them to relevant stakeholders.Support the processing of local incentive bonus plans, allowances, and one-time payments in collaboration with HR Operations along with the Compensation Service Delivery Management (SDM) team.Key Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Experience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus)Minimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing systemBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Strong understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Languages: Fluent in English (additional language preferred German, Spanish, French, Italian)Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of working in diverse cultural environments.Preferred Requirements
Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).Utilization of compensation management software in global grading/evaluation.Knowledge of global compensation practices.Why Fresenius Medical Care:
