Responsibilities include gathering of consumer insights and category knowledge to guide the product inception and development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless launch execution, and partnership with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that drive demand.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive product strategy for accessories based upon analysis of current roadmap, competitor offering, and market dynamics to ensure alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with business stakeholders across SEA and HQ to understand customer needs, develop future product portfolio, refine positioning and promotions to maximize revenue potential and achieve business goalsIdentify and recommend strategic changes to close gaps, enhance the consumer experience journey, and improve the VOCSupport the product roadmap strategy with smooth transitions across products through product lifecycle managementConduct competitive intelligence reports and produce in-depth opportunity analysis, to improve product offerings and maximize salesPerform consumer research initiatives to identify market opportunitiesSynthesize and report competitive intelligence to facilitate strategic decision-makingCross collaborate with marketing and retail teams to develop targeted actions focused on accessories, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs across sales channelsSkills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years related experience is requiredAbility to synthesize business and marketing goals into clear briefs and plansAn iterative thinker who can challenges the status quoConsummate collaborator committed to communication excellenceStrong written and oral presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications
