Role and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Sr. Specialist, Public Relations who will manage to manage B2B and B2C PR for the Display team. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for creating earned media programs for all categories with a focus on launches, announcements, events, and promotions.

Role & Responsibilities

Develops the PR Strategy for B2C and B2B categories within the Display division.Responsible for successfully executing PR strategies throughout the year.Manages the 2 supporting agencies that partners with the Display Division.Ensures Agencies are meeting deadlines and are successfully executing PR programs/strategy.Maintains calendar for all categories and has key drive periods for launches, events, partnerships, and announcements.Creates PR programs across full Display Division with specific focus on media relations and communications.Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of gaming media landscape/tech media landscape/lifestyle for b2c consumerKnowledge of B2B media landscape for B2B Display DivisionCritical understanding of agency scope and innerworkings – budgeting, scoping, briefing processAbility to speak to leadership and summarize key pointsMicrosoft Office tool Skills (Excel & PowerPoint)Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferredMinimum of 6 years of agency experience to fully understand how to balance agencies at Samsung, workload and priorities

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $106,500 and $111,000 plus 15% target bonus. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
