What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Operations Management Reporting Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting CIBC’s operational excellence by delivering high-quality reporting and insightful analysis to drive business decisions. As a Senior Analyst, Operations Management, you’ll lead the development and enhancement of operational reports, build and maintain complex data models, and create strategic recommendations to optimize business processes. In this role, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining user access for Schwab and Fidelity websites, auditing market values for client statements, supporting record retention and business continuity processes, and creating firm-specific assets within the accounting system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design solutions, and direct initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your expertise will help ensure data integrity, support compliance requirements, and provide leadership on best practices in data management and reporting. You’ll also mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

How You’ll Succeed
Lead Reporting & Analysis – Design, build, and maintain advanced operational reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for business stakeholders.User Access Management – Maintain user access for Schwab and Fidelity websites, ensuring security and compliance with internal policies.Audit & Reconciliation – Audit market values for client statements to ensure accuracy and integrity of client reporting.Process & Data Management – Support record retention and business continuity processes, and create firm-specific assets within the accounting system.Drive Process Improvement – Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and operational processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.Mentor & Share Knowledge – Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.Who You Are
