You will work with business partners across Nike, to drive and support the future of the North America retail portfolio! On a daily basis you will perform strategic and financial analysis to drive recommendations and business case development for lease portfolio optimization and lease renewal negotiations. You will also utilize and build tools and reporting to ensure data and date accuracy to support dull cycle transactional management of critical dates, real estate committee approval tracking, deal negotiations and document administration.
