About the Role

Position Objective: Supports with accurate reports, data maintenance, trade life-cycle processing, analysis and presentations

Roles and Responsibilities:

Works autonomously and demonstrates willingness to learn

Proactively speaks up and shares ideas openly to contribute to increase the opeariton clearing and settlement efficiency.

Takes ownership and accountability for their roles. Proactively resolves problems by identifying potential solutions and options, willing to take risks to learn through decisions and actions

Demonstrates flexibility and ability to multi-task

Perform trade transactions validation against trade confirmation from counterparties.

Ensure all settlements follow the settlement instructions to Custodian as agreed deadline.

Upload daily trade transactions to FAM/BBG/IBOR before trade date plus one(T+1).

Help portfolio managers to do daily cash management according to Hundsun data

Ensure opening new accounts timely to support front office investment

Minimum Job Requirements:

Strong business sense and understanding of financial industry and investment activities

Strong capabilities and working knowledge in  reconciliation or data management operation

5+ years of working experience in financial service and/or investment industry, ideally in operation and technology related areas
