Position Overview:The Senior Specialist, Field Experience and Education, supports the development and delivery of high-impact field training, product education, and promotional execution tools that enhance the overall field experience. This role partners cross-functionally to create engaging learning materials, ensure accurate communication, and reinforce consistent service and selling behaviors across stores.
The Senior Specialist collaborates with key business partners to maintain up-to-date training resources, contribute to product knowledge programs, and support marketing and loyalty initiatives. They create clear, effective content for store leaders and field teams, ensuring that education aligns with business priorities and seasonal needs. Through strong partnerships, attention to detail, and a focus on learner impact, the Senior Specialist equips field teams with the knowledge and tools needed to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Service Training
Creates and maintains annual roadmaps for service and selling training, ensuring content remains current and impactful.Evaluates training effectiveness and collaborates with partners to recommend updates that strengthen service and selling results.Maintains and refreshes onboarding, orientation, and core training documentation for all field roles.Partners cross‑functionally with home office teams to support the development of field education materials (product knowledge, store operations, loss prevention, etc.).Creates store meeting materials that encourage consistent behaviors and help drive sales results.Supports the reinforcement of service philosophy, culture, and selling behaviors through all educational programs.Contributes to the development of the service and selling framework and assists in producing supporting tools and education.Creates service and selling content for Retail Zipline (intranet) messages aligned to key seasons, promotions, and business priorities.Collects and organizes feedback, manages surveys, and partners with internal teams to support effective learning strategies and materials for diverse learning styles.Supports field events with education and experience strategy, coordination, and other planning aspects.Product Knowledge & Education
Collaborates with cross‑functional partners to support the planning, design, and development of product knowledge tools such as the Trend Report and Fashion 15s.Attends milestone product meetings to understand field education needs and ensure alignment to upcoming launches.Uses digital tools and content platforms (video, multimedia, Canva, etc.) to create engaging product knowledge and loyalty education.Partners with Marketing as a key collaborator for the Brand Ambassador Program to ensure a cohesive and effective field experience.Supports ad‑hoc product knowledge needs, helping create supplemental education when business priorities shift.Promotional & Testing Coordination, Experience, and Execution
Collaborates with promotional partners to support execution, ensuring communication and details shared with the field are accurate and easy to follow.Partners closely with Marketing and the Field Experience team to help deliver loyalty and marketing-driven promotions.Supports testing coordination by helping define requirements, creating training materials, and ensuring test stores receive clear and timely information.Helps organize and track testing activities, ensuring feedback and results are captured and shared with the business.Field Experience Programs & Events
Supports field event coordination, development, and design (Winspire/annual sales conference, District Leader Summit, etc.)Provides input, design support, and project management expertise for other field programs (Onboarding programs, ad-hoc requests, etc.)Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:
