Sr. Specialist, Benefits - APAC

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for complex employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA).
+ Analyze benefits data and trends to support strategic decision-making and cost control.
+ Lead or support annual open enrollment processes, including system updates, communications, and employee support.
+ Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to optimize benefits offerings and service delivery.
+ Conduct benefits training sessions and develop educational materials for employees.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and policies.
+ Mentor and support junior benefits team members.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 3-4 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
+ In-depth knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
+ Professional certification beneficial.
The Senior Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration, analysis, and improvement of employee benefits programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert on benefits policies and procedures, supports strategic planning, and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Benefits Specialist also acts as a mentor to junior team members and plays a key role in vendor management and employee education.
