The ideal candidate will possess a solid solution consultative selling background and a strong sales acumen with experience selling in complex situations. You will be expected to attain sales, revenue, and margin goals through driving new business and evangelizing Lenovo’s ever-expanding portfolio of AI Solutions. You will demonstrate strong initiative and leadership in a rapidly growing business. With a proven track record in selling and positioning AI solutions, you'll serve as a consultative seller and champion the transformative power of AI, helping companies drive growth and achieve their business goals. The SSDS- AI will develop account-based sales strategies, drive AI sales activities in our enterprise accounts, as well as have responsibility for growing enterprise AI revenue. You will need to understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning solutions and develop strategies to help new and existing enterprise customers find and implement the best solutions for their unique business needs. This is a client facing sales role requiring market and industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise working large deals at the C level. We are looking for a hunter & closer with a successful and proven track record to take their career, and the territory, to the next level. **Responsibilities:** + Accelerate AI sales in enterprise accounts by identifying and developing new opportunities through account-based sales tactics. + Manage and progress opportunities to closure in collaboration with Account Managers and One Lenovo sales leadership. + Identify and drive generative AI opportunities for services and consulting including HW and software with the International Sales Organization sales organization. + Provide subject matter expertise support, education and training for Account Managers and possible Channel Partners to expand opportunity identification on deals. + Evangelize with customers on Lenovo AI solutions. + Track emerging markets and trends to identify and recommend GTM changes and solutions to address challenges. + Develop sales strategies with account managers, One Lenovo sellers on customers needs. + Cultivate and nurture pipeline for professional services, infrastructure services (including hardware) and software. **Position Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree required + 8+ years of sales or technical sales experience with large, complex deals + Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI capabilities to shape the discussion + Expertise in AI solutions, NVIDIA software, GPUs, and related partner ecosystems + Strong technical knowledge of server, software, services, and storage technologies- with the ability to discuss types of infrastructure required for AI projects at a high level. + Ability to act as an AI evangelist for Lenovo with enterprise clients + Proven success in articulating business value and outcomes of AI solutions + Track record in deal negotiation and selling services as part of a solution + Experience in pre-sales consulting models is a plus + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders + Experience in Edge or IOT selling a plus + NVIDIA AI Certifications (For AI Infrastructure and Sales Enablement) preferred **Additional Locations** : * Hong Kong - Hong Kong Island - Hong Kong * Singapore - Central Singapore - Singapore * Singapore - Central Singapore - SINGAPORE * Hong Kong, * Singapore * Hong Kong - Hong Kong Island , * Singapore - Central Singapore * Hong Kong - Hong Kong Island - Hong Kong , * Singapore - Central Singapore - Singapore , * Singapore - Central Singapore - SINGAPORE
