**Job Title: Sr. Solar Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a Sr. Solar Foreman to lead and manage solar installation projects, ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and on schedule. This role requires hands-on involvement and oversight of subcontractors to guarantee that deadlines for various scopes of work are met. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage subcontractors on-site to ensure quality and timely completion of projects. + Lead commercial projects involving PV installations, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). + Ensure all scopes of work are completed within set deadlines. + Act as the primary on-ground contact for any project-related queries and issues. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in solar projects, preferably in utility-scale. + Proficiency in solar install management and construction management. + Strong skills in construction planning and execution. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in solar management is highly desirable. + Background in overseeing the installation of commercial solar systems, including PV, chargers, and BESS. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and forward-thinking company where your contributions to renewable energy projects make a real impact.
