As part of the cloud journey of Vue PACS, we need to staff cloud engineers who can enable the migration and modernization of the on-prem tech stack to the cloud. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, Implement and manage the **PACS** solution on the cloud + Lead the modernization of the current stack to **AWS** hosted with a phased migration towards a cloud-native architecture + Monitor and optimize the performance and cost of **AWS** resources. + Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance requirements within the **AWS** environment. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with operations teams. + Participate in on-call rotation for critical support. + Document solution configurations and procedures. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. + 10+ years of experience in application development using **C++, C# or Java** + 4+ years of experience in **AWS** related technologies + Good understanding of **DevOps** processes and tools + Knowledge of scripting languages + Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. + Demonstrable experience of working on a team that is geographically dispersed. + Good written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + **Cloud Certification (AWS)** + Experience of working in Healthcare Informatics solutions + Experience with Container technologies + Experience working in Linux environment **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
