We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM to join our growing team. This role demands a strong blend of functional expertise and technical acumen across Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruitment modules. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving digital HR transformation, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Compensation, Talent, and Recruitment

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system workflows

Develop and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and spreadsheet loaders

Customize reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across HCM modules

Participate in quarterly release testing and adoption of new features

Ensure data integrity, security roles, and compliance with organizational policies

Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support

Skillls/ Qualification

2–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

Proven expertise in Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruitment

Strong understanding of business process flows and best practices in HR

Technical proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, BI tools, and web services

Experience with security roles, workflow configuration, and data migration

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
